Terms of service

These terms of service govern access to the anonyx.io website and use of associated free features. Paid plan usage is governed by the terms of sale and applicable subscription contract.
1. Acceptance
Use of the service implies full acceptance of these terms. If you do not accept them, you must not use the service.
2. User account
Registration requires accurate, up-to-date information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and any action performed from your account. Anonyx may suspend or terminate an account in case of manifestly abusive use.
3. Service use
The service is intended for anonymizing databases for which you are the data controller or for which you have explicit authorization. Use to analyze or de-anonymize data you do not control is strictly prohibited.
4. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranty of fitness for purpose. Anonyx cannot be held liable for use inconsistent with these terms or for defects attributable to your configuration or infrastructure.
5. Intellectual property
All elements of the service (code, trademarks, editorial content, interfaces) remain the exclusive property of Anonyx SASU. No license is granted beyond the right to use the service.
6. Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts in the jurisdiction of Anonyx SASU's registered office, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
