Terms of sale

These terms define the financial, technical and contractual conditions under which Anonyx SASU provides the professional user with the paid features of the service.

Current prices are published on the site's pricing page. Anonyx may change its prices at any time, with 30 days' notice for current subscriptions. Prices are exclusive of taxes; French VAT or the customer's country VAT applies per current rules.

Billing is monthly or annual based on the chosen subscription mode. Payment is made by credit card via our partner Stripe. Invoices are issued in PDF format and accessible from the customer area.

Subscriptions are monthly or annual with tacit renewal, unless terminated by the user from the customer area. Termination takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with no pro-rata refund.

For Team and Business plans, Anonyx commits to a monthly availability level of 99.5% excluding announced maintenance windows. Any penalties are described in the annexed service level agreement (SLA).

Anonyx processes connection data and technical metadata necessary for service provision. Personal data processing is governed by our privacy policy and the DPA applicable to the Business plan.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts in the jurisdiction of Anonyx SASU's registered office.
